Starting from Hougang, travels north to Seletar Airport, where it loops. Passes by Sengkang.

Was at Jln Kayu last weekend around 1100++ at bus stop 68119 when 3004X appeared out of Piccadilly, passengers atood up thought it was a special trip but bus went to TPE and made a loop before picking up passengers at 68119

bus went wrong way. s102 doesn't ply along Picadilly.
