I still dont understand how come 62A operates during evening peak from Punggol twd Aljunied, where the bigger demand is in the opposite direction.

Could it be a similar case to service 7A and 7B, where they just spam buses only to realise its not ideal?

Last time when 62 was still under SBST, i think after 62A terminate at Aljunied during evening peak, it goes off svc to HGDEP as the distance is not far. But i don't understand why it still operate when the evening load is twd punggol. If 62A operate during morning peak, then its still justifiable. And yes; 7A & 7B shouldnt operate during unnecessary times; I don't understand why despite the $2Billion deficit, LTA still continue to run unnecessary supplementary trips when demand is low.
