The rules below applies to the whole forum, and should be quite easy to follow. Any member not following the rules below may be subject to disciplinary actions. Let's have constructive discussions and create a healthy community together!
Conflicts will arise as long there are 2 or more people in a conversation. However, we promote healthy debates, and hence, will not tolerate any form of insult between any member. If the behaviour of any particular member is questionable, please contact the Site Admin, and we will look into the matter.
Although it is widely accepted that vulgarities are a form of free speech, we do not hold this view. We view vulgarities as something that does not have any good effect. Vulgarities are often the spark to a heated argument, and the beginning of any form of insult. It is also an outward expression of man's ugly inner-self. If a member is found posting vulgarities, they will be edited out and be warned, once found. If the member continues to post vulgarities after repeated warning, disciplinary actions will be taken.
We observed that in other forums, there were large amounts of trolling and false information being posted on purpose, with the intent to disrupt the harmony of the community. As such, any user found to have spread false information on purpose with full knowledge that the information is fake, will ill-intents, may be subject to disciplinary actions. However, certain circumstances (like speculations) are allowed, on a case by case basis. To summarise, as long as you do not have any ill-intent, it should be fine.
Our members come from all walks of life, including minors. We aim to be a family-friendly community, and as such, we will not tolerate any of such content. Users found to post such content will be permanently banned without warning.
External links to your personal social networking profile, and to news articles on legitimate sites, are allowed. However, if you post external links that aim to promote illegal activities (such as downloading free music, free games, etc.), you may be permanently banned without warning.
A user may be subject to suspension for a period of time deemed appropriate by the Site Admin and Moderators, if the user breaks the above rules repeatedly, even after reminders are sent. The user may be permanently banned if he or she continues to disrupt the harmony of this community.
A user may be "demoted" to the "Rogue Bus Enthusiast" rank if he or she has been found to break the above rules repeatedly. The user may appeal by contacting the Site Admin. This rank will appear below the user's public profile, and there is no way of removing this, unless by a Moderator.
A user may also be subject to other punishments deemed appropriate by the Site Admin.
All appeals may be made by contacting the Site Admin. Other methods (such as Private Message) may be ignored.
