If sv960e is diverted to Bukit Panjang Rd, Pending, Petir, Dairy Farm area, it would increase ridership.

By reducing the number of stops along Bukit Timah/Dunearn area, it would speed up n reduce dwelling time...

If I am not mistaken, s960e is catered more for Woodlands and Masiling residents as an alternative to MRT. Bt Panjang already got 171,190,700/700A,971E,972, Downtown line to the city.
