Initial ridership was low but subsequent additional bus stops along Rochor attracted commuters

Service during peak hours is full twds town
Ridership in the mid afternoon onwards is half full, PM peak onwards is 3/4 full at times till end of ops (twds Pasir Ris)

does 12e really need DDs during weekends? I often see very low loading during weekends.

Either LTA or GAS is ********
17 also doesn’t need to be full DD.
12e can do well with just 3 SD 5 DD.
359 can deploy peak hours and weekends DDs.
382W doesn’t need DD at all.

maybe 12e shouldnt operate on weekends

due to circuit breaker, freq of Svc 12 during off peak is 20mins.
