My hope for future,Most Int/Ter will have 4 different operators.

SBS Transit:Sengkang-Hougang,Seletar,Bedok,Bukit Merah,Clementi & Bishan-Toa Payoh.

SMRT:Pasir Ris-Punggol,Woodlands & Jurong West.

Keolis SG:Sembawang-Yishun,Bukit Batok-Jurong East & Serangoon-Eunos.

Firstgroup SG:Choa Chu Kang-Bukit Panjang & Tampines.

EastWest Line,NorthEast Line,Circle Line,Thomson-East Coast Line & Sengkang/Punggol LRT>SMRT

NorthSouth Line,Downtown Line & Bukit Panjang LRT>SBST

Jurong Region Line>Keolis SG

Circle Line>Firstgroup SG

Interesting... Tho does SMRT have experience in Pasir Ris?

Also, if SPLRT is operated by SMRT, it will be interesting to see, as SBS Transit operates the NEL

The problem with our typical Asian mindset..I think it would be tempting to see SBST operate the NSL & BP LRT.We can see SBST Train captains beside SMRT ones.SMRT got no problem operating the NEL & SK/PG LRT.When i discuss this,many fans would ask eh SBST fortress is Sengkang/Hougang and SMRT is Mandai side as their train depot is just beside the bus depot.Who would think SBST will operate Yishun feeders and 851/852/860?Who would think that GAS can operate Loyang since SBST has been the incumbent for years?I hope LTA is transparent in the BCM as well as future Train tenders.

Ok let SBST run NEL & SK/PG LRT as usual but give up DTL for EWL..

Since this year bidders is only 5 companies then my prediction will be....

Sembawang-Yishun will goes to SMRT and again LTA need to consider revamp SMRT runtime as it’s too relax and very slow.

Bulim will goes to TTS

Sengkang-Hougang will definitely goes to SBST

Loyang will goes to TTS and I emphasized even though they’re bad in fleet management due to their fleet maximising theory,They still a good operator with family oriented style of work environment.Go-Ahead already lost interest.

Seletar will be retained by SBST although SBST doesn’t hold the best operator title anymore.

Choa Chu Kang-Bukit Panjang will be won by SBST.

Bedok will be awarded to a new operator.

Woodlands will be retained by SMRT.

Bukit Merah also will be retained by SBST.

Tampines will be won by SBST.

Jurong West will be awarded to the new operator.

Serangoon-Eunos will be awarded to SBST.

Clementi will see SMRT win it.

Bishan-Toa Payoh will be won by TTS.

It is better to award to multi-modal foreign operators who is familiar with both bus & rail operations.Increase the 5 years to 7 & and extension of 3.5 years upon good conduct.Or simply make like this chart.Both way LTA can save more cost.
No more such things as incumbents Rail & Bus depot has to be together.
